'Twas the day of December 8th, 2009. A glorious day in my mind, a day where getting to work proved to be difficult and the Grand Valley just stopped. A record 8 inches fell overnight, the most I've seen in Grand Junction in one dumping. Following this snow came the coldest days I've experienced in the Grand Valley. I woke up to -6, -9, -13 and I believe the highs only made it into the +double digits. Brrrrrrrr!
